Geshe Lobsang Partsang will give us the rare opportunity to observe the creation of a Tibetan Sand Painting. When he has completed the painting he will lead a mindfulness meditation workshop. There will be a Q & A following the events. In Tibetan, Sand Painting is called dul-tson-kyil-khor (mandala of coloured powders). This is done as a teaching tool and metaphor for the "impermanence"
*Geshe denotes the equivalent of a PhD in Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy
