Laughter Yoga is learning how to laugh when nothing is funny. Prompted by Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Anne Jones, we sit in a circle and do exercises that make us laugh for the sheer fun of it. Since laughter is infectious, we all start laughing! When babies, toddlers, kids, teens, and grownups all come, we have the best time. With no asanas, yoga mats, or strenuous poses or movements required, this class is ADA-worthy. Laughter has been shown to make you healthier, and even cure some illnesses. Join the fun!
